NSD Crop May 2022

Event will be at the South Short Harbour Marina Ballroom (a smaller space than where we have our big crops) from Thursday, May 12th at 9am through Saturday, May14th 6pm.  That's right, 24x7 cropping during the three days.

Hotel rooms can be reserved for $120 by calling the hotel at 281-334-1000 and referencing SCRAPSHACK.  You do not have to stay at the hotel if you don't want to, but it is an option.

The price is $100 and includes a 6 foot table for cropping, free parking, a goodie bag, make and takes, demos, door prizes, a 20% off coupon good for 2 weeks in store and online and a photo op!

I hereby release Scrappin Chix Texas LLC, its sponsors, its officers, agents and employees and the event facility of all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from my attendance at the crop, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries, to me or my invitees.  Neither Scrappin Chix Texas LLC nor its employees shall be under any liability for any failure to perform any of their obligations hereunder by reason of any cause whatsoever of any nature or kind beyond their reasonable control. Scrappin Chix Texas LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.  With my attendance at this event, I realize I may be included in publicity photos.  I hereby give my consent for the use of these photos and my comments in future Scrap Shack promotional materials such as website, Facebook, email etc. Registration is NON transferable.

If you cancel by April 12th, 2022 – you will receive a refund.  You will receive a refund in whatever form of payment you used for registration.  You can also request a store credit. After this date there will be no refunds, no exceptionsThere will be a $20 non-refundable fee for ALL cancellations.  The 2022 Crop will be planned with the knowledge that our world is changing and unexpected events, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, governmental regulation or advisory, recognized health threats as determined by the local government authority or health agencies (including but not limited to the health threats of COVID-19,H1N1, or similar infectious diseases), or other similar occurrence beyond the control of the parties can cause plans to change. We will closely monitor all advisories and will only cancel if it is mandated by local, state or federal government. If such mandate falls outside our cancellation period, full refunds will be given or registration can be pushed to the next event.
