The crop will be held at the South Shore Harbour Resort, July 20th -  Jul 23rd, 2023

I hereby release Scrappin Chix Texas LLC, its sponsors, its officers, agents and employees and the event facility of all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from my attendance at the crop, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries, to me or my invitees.  Neither Scrappin Chix Texas LLC nor its employees shall be under any liability for any failure to perform any of their obligations hereunder by reason of any cause whatsoever of any nature or kind beyond their reasonable control. Scrappin Chix Texas LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.  With my attendance at this event, I realize I may be included in publicity photos.  I hereby give my consent for the use of these photos and my comments in future Scrap Shack promotional materials such as website, Facebook, email etc. Registration is NON transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel by June 16, 2023 – you will receive a refund (minus cancellation fee).  You will receive a refund in whatever form of payment you used for registration.  You can also request a store credit. After this date there will be no refunds, no exceptions. There will be a $20 non-refundable fee for ALL cancellations.  The 2023 Crop will be planned with the knowledge that our world is changing and unexpected events, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, governmental regulation or advisory, recognized health threats as determined by the local government authority or health agencies (including but not limited to the health threats of COVID-19, H1N1, or similar infectious diseases), or other similar occurrence beyond the control of the parties can cause plans to change. We will closely monitor all advisories and will only cancel if it is mandated by local, state or federal government. If such mandate falls outside our cancellation period, full refunds will be given, or registration can be pushed to the next event. Winner of any/all events will have the opportunity to move their registration one time before cancelation.
